A Bachelor's degree in social services, human services, behavioral sciences, or an allied field AND two years of social service experience equivalent to a Social Service Specialist 2. A Master's degree in social services, human services, behavioral sciences, or an allied field AND one year of social service experience equivalent to a Social Service Specialist 2.
